How do I get paid?
Earnings (order subtotal minus the service fee) are credited to your OBAY wallet when each order is delivered. Withdraw to your bank anytime.
How long does verification take?
We aim to review vendor applications within 24-48 hours. You'll get a push notification once approved or if we need more information.
Do I handle delivery?
No. OBAY's verified rider network handles all deliveries. Prepare the order — a rider will be assigned to collect it when it's ready.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, completely. You set your own product prices and update them anytime from the app. We don't dictate pricing.
